Meta App Review Information

WhatsApp Business Platform Integration

Miragor provides business customers with tools to connect and operate their own WhatsApp Business Accounts through Meta's official Embedded Signup and Cloud API workflows.

1. AuthoriseThe business starts Meta Embedded Signup and chooses the assets it is authorised to manage.
2. ConnectMiragor receives the permitted WABA and phone-number identifiers needed to configure the integration.
3. OperateThe platform receives webhooks, displays conversations and sends messages requested by the connected business.
4. DisconnectThe business can revoke access, disconnect its assets and request deletion of stored integration data.

Permissions and purpose

The application requests only permissions required for demonstrated product features. These may include access needed to identify and manage authorised business assets, administer a connected WhatsApp Business Account and send or receive business messages. Miragor does not use permissions to access unrelated assets.

Customer control

Each customer selects its own Meta business assets during Embedded Signup and remains responsible for its message content, recipient consent, templates, customer notices and compliance with WhatsApp policies. Meta independently controls account and template approvals, quality status, messaging limits and platform charges.

Data use

Business identifiers, messaging configuration, templates, webhook events and conversation data are processed only to provide, secure and support the connected service. Details about data categories, providers, retention and user rights are stated in the Privacy Policy.

Review and support

Reviewers can use the credentials and test assets supplied in the App Review submission to reproduce the permission-specific flows shown in the accompanying screencast. Support and privacy questions can be sent to info@miragor.it.
